Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits help prevent no-shows and ensure that your requested time slot is reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Deposits apply to mobile notary appointments, apostille processing, permit runner services, and specialty requests. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. If the appointment is cancelled by the client for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. If we are unable to complete the appointment due to an issue on our end, the deposit will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
