Identification
As a notary, I carefully examine the identification you provide to ensure you are truly the person present. Every effort will be made to prevent any fraudulent activity.
Acceptable Forms of Identification Include:

Foreign Passport with a U.S. Citizenship Bureau stamp

If you cannot produce one of the above forms of identification, your alternative ID must:

Mileage rates are calculated as follows:
